StreetSide Soars to the Top
We are proud to announce that we have been named the #1 Townhome Builder in Calgary for 2021. At the end of 2021, StreetSide sold the most townhomes of all Calgary Multi-family builders according to Zonda Urban Sales by Developer Report (Q4-2021).
In fact, 2021 was a banner year for StreetSide with 260 homes sold, 206 of those being townhomes. This equates to a total market share of 11 percent in townhomes overall for us.
