Ashley leads StreetSide Calgary with a blend of development, construction, and data-driven smarts. When he’s not making moves in real estate, he’s getting humbled on the golf course by his wife Kristen or scaling peaks for the perfect photo.
Al Boileau
Director, Sales & Marketing
With two decades leading the pack across industries from high-end hospitality to home building, Al’s got experience under his belt and a flair for the fantastic. Off the clock, he’s hollering for the Montreal Canadiens or chilling with his four-legged best bud.

Don works with architects and engineers to take StreetSide projects from idea to reality. Off hours, he’s all about family—driving daughters to recitals and sports or teaming up with his wife for backyard builds.

Construction Manager
Jason brings over 20 years of experience in construction and a genuine passion for building that has never faded. When he’s not on the job, he’s often in the backcountry splitboarding, hunting, or hiking—always finding a reason to be outdoors. He especially values time spent outside with his wife and son, where he’s usually the one carrying the gear (and happily so), always with an eye on the latest and greatest equipment.

Emily is likely the first voice you’ll meet online—and she’ll have the answer before you’ve even finished typing. Off hours, her soft-spoken charm transforms into fiery courtside commentary the moment basketball enters the chat.
Daniel Grech
Finishing Superviser
Daniel takes pride in handing keys over to new homeowners. Ask him anything about home maintenance or interior projects and he’ll have an answer. He’s been with the team for years and is famous for surprise iced-caps on hot days.

Our resident beekeeper, Wesley moved from pre-occupancy technician to Finishing Supervisor. Detail-oriented and proud of his craft, he helps ensure every home exceeds expectations.

Jackie joined StreetSide in 2022 after years in the home construction industry. She spent three years as Construction Coordinator before moving into Warranty as Program Supervisor. Known as the plant whisperer, she keeps the office greenery thriving with a watering can and good energy.
Deb Ironside
Warranty Service Administrator
Deb has been with StreetSide longer than anyone on the team. She stopped counting after her 25-year anniversary. She helps homeowners understand the warranty process and makes sure every query is answered quickly.
Mel Erb
Warranty Technician
Mel is a finishing carpenter with over two decades of experience in residential construction, known for her attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. She enjoys working with the warranty team and takes pride in seeing projects through to completion. Mel loves what she does and, outside of work, enjoys life with her wife, kids, and dogs—especially camping and paddleboarding in the summer.

Cody is a personable, creative, and dedicated team member who takes pride in delivering a high level of client support. Outside of work, he’s a hands-on dad who enjoys spending time camping with his family.
Chuck Shields
Sales Manager
Chuck is passionate about helping new home buyers enhance their lifestyle while building long-term value through real estate. Outside of work, he can often be found negotiating with his three grandchildren—making his case for the Golf Channel over the Disney Channel.
Vikram Rathore

Vikram is passionate about helping people find a home that truly fits their needs and lifestyle. He takes pride in understanding what matters most to each client and guiding them toward the right decision with confidence. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through sports and spending time outdoors, which keeps him energized and connected to the community he serves.
