With over 22 years of experience, including the last few with Streetside, JC shares his perspective on what makes our company culture unique, his personal approach to customer service, and the rewarding connections he’s made along the way.

Can you share your journey with Streetside and in the home building industry so far?
I have been working in this industry for 22 years in total. I began my career with Streetside in 2018 and have spent my tenure helping a great number of families purchase their first homes.

How have your experiences with Streetside differed from your previous roles?
Streetside has given me the unique opportunity to oversee multiple areas versus a single community. This has allowed me to learn about many cultures and sell a variety of different multifamily products.

Can you share your personal philosophy on delivering high-quality service to our customers?
In this industry, you have to show integrity and communicate well with your customers. I create a bond with each and every customer and ultimately believe that I am helping them achieve their home-buying dreams.

How would you describe Streetside’s company culture and the sales team’s dynamic?
Our culture at Streetside is always engaging and fun. There are many planned activities throughout the year. The sales team works together very well; we help one another out when necessary and always have a great time together.

Can you tell us about a rewarding customer experience you’ve had in your role?
My team and I have received great reviews from many of our customers. The experience that stands out the most to me is being invited to a blessing ceremony and joining the entire family for a cultural dinner. The greatest part of my job is being able to grow these connections with our customers.
