Our Team

Ashley Williams is the VP of StreetSide Calgary, where he’s been helping the company crush it in southern Alberta’s multi-family housing market since 2013. With a solid background in project development and construction, he’s all about making things run smoother and smarter with a little help from data.

When he’s not making moves in real estate, Ashley’s either getting schooled at golf by his wife Kristen or out in the wild, hiking, climbing, and snapping stunning photos of his adventures.

Meet Don O’Dwyer, Director of Development at StreetSide.  Since joining the team in June 2016, Don has led the development group, collaborating closely with architects and engineering consultants to bring StreetSide’s multifamily projects from concept to completion.  With a sharp eye for detail and a talent for execution, he serves as the vital link between vision and reality. Outside the office, Don is a devoted family man.  Whether he’s chauffeuring his daughters to music recitals and sports games or taking on ambitious landscaping and construction projects with his wife, he brings the same passion and dedication to every aspect of his life.

With 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Tim is a seasoned professional who’s seen it all — from groundbreaking to grand openings. Whether overseeing multimillion-dollar projects or managing teams, he brings a mix of skill, passion, and good ol’ Boston grit to every job. A true customer-focused leader, he thrives in the fast-paced world of construction while keeping things grounded with his love for building strong relationships.
When he’s not ribbing Al, you’ll find him mentoring his team, solving problems with a smile, and delivering results with his signature blend of initiative, integrity, and good judgment. And when the hard hat comes off, he’s a die-hard Boston Bruins fan, an avid traveler with his family, and the proud owner of Tuukka, his lovable dog.
In short, Tim is all about teamwork, leadership, and making things happen — with a side of hockey and adventure thrown in for good measure.

Emma has been Manager of Marketing and Inbound sales at StreetSide since 2023. Before taking the reins here,she worked as a marketing specialist for Qualico, StreetSide’s parent company. Fun fact: home building runs in her veins – her dad, grandad, and even earlier generations were all builders. So when she’s not working, you’ll likely find her elbows deep in home renovations. Oh, and she’s from Ireland, but don’t be surprised if she throws in an English accent now and then – just to keep you on your toes.

Emily joined the Marketing & inbound Sales team in 2024.  She whipped us all into shape with her Customer Relations platform knowledge and will likely be the first one you chat with online!  Ask her anything about our homes in the online chat – she’ll have the answer before you’ve even finished typing!

Her friendly soft demeanor is only compromised if there’s basketball involved.  She becomes a live wire of energy with a fiery game commentary!

JC joined the team in the summer of 2018. As the Area Sales Manager in the North Calgary region, he has become well known as the area expert in townhomes and apartments!

Stacy joined team StreetSide in 2023 and brought with her a wealth of experience in the new home industry.  She’ll tell you anything you need to know about the South Calgary region and makes sure that clients get the inside scoop of what’s coming as soon as she does! Beware: If you call in, she may blindside you with pictures of her granddaughter!

Zoey brings her background in Interior Design to the wonderful Community of Harmony. She’s a StreetSide veteran having been with us since 2016.  She can tell you anything you need to know about Harmony and what’s coming. You ask her anything – how deep is the lake? What’s the distance between the plug socket and the window? It’s hard to catch her out on any Harmony questions!

Jackie joined our team in 2022 bringing with her a number of years in the home construction industry.  She was our Construction Coordinator for three years before moving into the Warranty department as Warranty Program Supervisor. She is known as the plant whisperer at StreetSide and if not in her office, can be found keeping everyone’s office plants alive with her energy and a little bit of help from a watering can!

Deb has been with StreetSide longer than any of the rest of the team.  She stopped counting after her 25 year anniversary! She makes sure that all StreetSide homeowners understand the warranty process on their new home and is the first to one to make sure that any queries are responded to quickly!

Daniel takes pride in handing the keys over to our new homeowners.  Ask this guy anything about home maintenance and interior projects – he’s done it all! He has been a longstanding member of the team and is known for supplying surprise iced-caps on a hot day!

Wesley, locally known as the beekeeper for his surplus supply of office and construction site honey has been on the team for a number of years as a pre-occupancy technician.  He has more recently moved into the role of Finishing Supervisor.  His attention to detail and pride in delivering a home that exceeds expectations makes him a key piece in welcoming you to your StreetSide home.

Peter joined us in 2024, bringing with him many years of construction experience to our team, spending most of his time in high rise multi-family side of things. In his spare time, Peter enjoys anything and everything outside.

Sandra joined StreetSide in 2020 and has played a very important role in educating people on options available to them and guiding them towards their perfect home solution!

Lindsay is part of the Calgary North team and has been with StreetSide since August 2020. She strives to get to know people on a more personal level so they know they can come to her at any point, even if it is to say they will not be moving forward. I love seeing our customers and potential customers leaving here feeling positive and happy!

Jess started with us in 2022 as a showhome host.  Her professionalism and friendly nature gave her the opportunity to grow with us at StreetSide.  Jess is now Associate Sales Manager in the South Calgary region!

Andy is a Sales Associate in the beautiful community of Harmony, west of Calgary. He joined our team in January 2020.
