Ashley leads StreetSide Calgary with a passion for development, construction and an appreciation for data-driven results. Ashley can be found outside of the office on the golf course being humbled by his wife Kristen, or scaling mountain peaks for the perfect photo.

Our Director of Development, Don works side-by- side with architects and engineers to bring StreetSide projects from concept to real life. When Don is not envisioning the next StreetSide project, he’s all about family and can be found driving his daughters to recitals and sports, or teaming up with his wife to complete backyard projects.

With 25 years of construction experience, Tim has seen it all. A strong leader with a customer-first mindset, Tim delivers results. Outside of work, Tim enjoys travelling with family, cheering for the Boston Bruins, and hanging out with his dog, Tukka.

Jason brings over 20 years of construction experience to Streetside and a true passion for home building.  When Jason isn’t in the office or on site, he can often be found in the backcountry splitboarding, hiking or hunting. Jason values time spent outdoors especially with his wife and son, where you’ll happily find him carrying most of their latest and greatest outdoor gear.

Emily is likely the first representative of Streetside that you will meet- and will probably have an answer for you before you’ve even finished typing. Our soft-spoken online sales specialist transforms into a fiery courtside commentator the moment anyone mentions basketball.

Daniel takes great pride in handing over the keys to our new homeowners and it shows in his day-to-day efforts. You can ask Daniel anything about home maintenance or interior projects and he will have an answer for you! Daniel has been a valuable member of the StreetSide team for years and has even been known to drop off iced caps to site on hot days.

Wesley is known to the StreetSide team as our resident bee keeper, bringing in fresh jars of honey for all to enjoy. With an eye for detail and a passion for his craft, Wesley recently transitioned from pre-occupancy technician to finishing supervisor ensuring that everything is as it should be for our new homeowners.

Jackie joined the StreetSide team in 2022 with many years in the homebuilding industry. Jackie started with Streetside as our construction coordinator before moving into the warranty program as supervisor. Jackie takes great pride in ensuring that StreetSide homeowners are provided with the best customer experience from start to finish. Jackie is known to take great care of plants in the office and brings positive energy to each day. 

Mel is a finishing carpenter with over two decades of experience in the home building industry. Known for her attention to detail and quality craftmanship, Mel takes great pride in seeing a project through to completion. Mel loves being a part of the warranty team and outside of work enjoys spending time with her wife and kids. In the summer Mel can be found camping and paddleboarding.

Cody is a personable, creative and dedicated team member who takes pride in delivering a high level of client support. Outside of work, Cody is a hands-on dad who enjoys spending time camping and with his family.

Chuck is passionate about helping new home buyers enhance their lifestyle while building long-term value through real estate. Outside of work, he can often be found negotiating with his three grandchildren—making his case for the Golf Channel over the Disney Channel.

Vikram is passionate about helping people find a home that truly fits their needs and lifestyle. He takes pride in understanding what matters most to each client and guiding them toward the right decision with confidence. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through sports and spending time outdoors, which keeps him energized and connected to the community he serves.

Taelor enjoys building meaningful connections with the clients she works with, especially as they take the exciting step of purchasing a new home. In her spare time, you’ll find Taelor on the golf course or volunteering her time helping animals in need.

With an interior design background and many years of experience working in the community of Harmony, Zoey is an expert. Ask her anything- from the depth of the lake to plug-socket distances, Zoey will have your answer before you even finish the question.

Andy is a Sales Associate in the beautiful community of Harmony, where he helps buyers navigate their home search with ease and good humour. He’s been part of the StreetSide family since 2020.

Stacy is our South Calgary pro, keeping clients up to speed on what’s coming next. Fair warning: call her and you’ll probably get to hear about her sweet granddaughter.

Sandra joined StreetSide in 2020 and has been helping people feel confident and excited about their homebuying journey ever since, taking the time to walk them trough their options and guide them toward a home that truly fits their lifestyle and future.

Jess started with us in 2022 as a showhome host. Her professionalism and friendly nature gave her the opportunity to grow with us at StreetSide. Jess is now Area Sales Manager in Sirocco!

Since joining StreetSide in 2020, Lindsay has built a strong foundation in both online and in-person sales. With a solid background in customer service, she excels at understanding client needs and delivering a seamless, results-driven experience. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and reading.

Alex started with StreetSide as a Host and Online Sales support, and has recently been promoted to Sales Associate. Known for being welcoming and easy to talk to, and always has a story to share.

Sandra keeps the team supported and the office running smoothly, always bringing a caring, can do attitude and a big heart for her team. Outside of work, she trades event planning for winding roads and adventures on her motorcycle
