  • The StreetSide Referral Form must be completed and submitted to a StreetSide Sales Representative prior to the initial contract signing. Please contact a Sales Representative at one of the applicable Communities to receive and fill out the StreetSide Referral Form.
  • Referrals are required to be introduced by the Referrer and the registration of the Referee must result in an unconditional purchase, closing and possession of a StreetSide Home (or Sterling Home with our Referral Partnership Program).
  • This offer is not valid in a Realtor assisted sale, if a Realtor is involved it will be StreetSide’s sole discretion to determine whether this offer is applicable. The initial referral to the applicable Community must come first from the Referrer and not a licensed Realtor. Realtors are required to register their clients at or prior to their client’s first visit to a Show Home.
  • This offer is only available to newly registered Referee’s who purchase, close and possess a new StreetSide Home. If the Referee has registered with StreetSide prior to the Referral Form being submitted this offer will not apply.
  • The specified cash fee will be paid following possession by the referee.
  • This offer cannot be combined with other promotions from StreetSide and it will be StreetSide’s sole discretion whether this offer is applicable.
