Can you share your journey with streetside and in the home building industry so far?
I joined Streetside in early 2022, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally within such a supportive and dynamic company. Over the past few years, I’ve had the chance to work across multiple communities throughout the city, which has given me valuable exposure to diverse markets and customer needs. I’ve also been fortunate to learn from an experienced and collaborative sales team, which has helped me develop a strong foundation in the home building industry. The journey so far has been both challenging and rewarding, and I’m excited about continuing to grow with Streetside and contribute to its ongoing success.
How have your experiences with streetside differed from your previous roles?
In my previous roles, customer service was always an important element, but what sets Streetside apart is the elevated focus on delivering a truly exceptional customer experience. Here, going above and beyond for homeowners isn’t just encouraged—it’s expected and celebrated. Streetside has really emphasized the importance of building lasting relationships with our customers, and that mindset has deepened my own understanding of what great service looks like in the home building industry. At the end of the day, we wouldn’t be where we are without our homeowners, and that appreciation is reflected in everything we do.
Can you share about your personal philosophy on delivering high quality service to our customers?
I believe that delivering high-quality service starts with empathy and understanding. Buying a home is often the biggest investment someone will make in their lifetime, and it’s a deeply personal and emotional journey. My philosophy is to truly listen to each customer, identify their pain points, and focus on how to ease their concerns through clear communication, honesty, and thoughtful solutions. By being proactive and genuinely invested in their experience, we can build trust and make what can be a stressful process feel much more supported and positive.
How would you describe Streetside’s company culture and sales team’s dynamic?
I feel very fortunate to have worked alongside the entire sales team at Streetside. The culture here is incredibly collaborative and supportive—everyone genuinely wants to see each other succeed. There’s a strong emphasis on continuous learning and growth, and I’ve been able to gain valuable knowledge and insights from each team member. We also prioritize staying connected through regular team meetings and events, which helps build strong relationships and keeps our communication open and effective. It’s a positive, team-driven environment that makes coming to work every day fulfilling
Can you tell us about a rewarding customer experience you’ve had in your role?
It’s difficult to choose just one, but one of the most rewarding experiences for me was seeing a team member I had the opportunity to train—our fantastic host—successfully sell her first home. Watching her navigate the process with confidence and professionalism filled me with a deep sense of pride, not just in her, but in our team as a whole. It reminded me how fulfilling it is to contribute to others’ growth and success. While personal wins are always rewarding, there’s something incredibly special about being part of someone else’s development and celebrating their achievements together.
