The Rosewood18.o model gives you a look at what StreetSide’s upgraded homes look like. As a corner unit, it has a bit more space – 1,511 square feet. The layout of the third floor is quite similar to the one you’ll see in the Rosewood18, but the main living area is arranged differently. With the kitchen at the end of the home by the balcony, you’ll find the layout has a very open feel. Pay special attention to the upgraded kitchen cabinets and tile in the master bathroom. They certainly give the place some luxurious appeal.
